COVID Safety Protocols

As the virus keeps evolving, we at Sunhill Portico continue to follow strict safety and hygiene protocols to keep our guests safe and assured.

1. All guests traveling to Sunhill Portico, must carry their final vaccination certifications or an RTPCR negative test report taken 72 hours before the check-in.
2. Guests, visitors, vendors and employees are advised to practice social distancing and government prescribed guidelines while using the public areas in the Hotel premises. 
3. Through sanitization of rooms are done before the arrival of the guest and after the departure of the guest. 
4. Regular sanitization and cleaning of the premises, including rooms, surfaces, elevators, stairs and all public areas.
5. Mandate thermal scanning of all the guests, visitors, vendors and employees. 
6. All guests are requested to wear a face mask while accessing the public areas.
7. Our employees have been trained and sensitized on all precautionary measures and guidelines to provide our guests the comfort and assurance of home.
